This new Organic Matcha is carefully cultivated by a tea garden in Uji, Kyoto, dedicated to organic cultivation for over 50 years.

By shading the leaves from sunlight before harvest, the tea develops a rich, concentrated flavor, and the leaves are then finely ground, a little at a time, using a traditional stone mill.

Come sample this fragrant, smoothly sweet matcha if you're in the area — we'd love to have you stop by.
