KOTOSHINA's online shop is now inviting reviews from all our customers.
We'd love for you to share your thoughts on a favorite product — your impressions, what you love most about it, or your own experience using it.

How to Submit a Review

1. Log in to My Page
2. Click "Order Details" under your account information, and select the purchased product
3. Click "Write a Review" on the product page to submit your review.

On a Computer

Select a product from your order details, then click "Write a Review" for that item to submit your review.

On a Smartphone

From the "View Details" button in your order history, select a product, then click "Write a Review" for that item to submit your review.

Guidelines for Product Reviews

Product reviews are intended to serve as trustworthy feedback and evaluations from customers, helping other shoppers make informed choices. In light of this purpose, we ask that you follow the guidelines below when submitting your review.
For this same purpose, product reviews and any non-identifying information you provide, such as age, may be used on our product review pages as well as in TV commercials, in-store promotional materials, and other advertising by our company and affiliated group companies. Please note that we may edit or translate submissions, including excerpting content, without changing the intended meaning of your comment, and may remove reviews we determine fall under the categories described below.

■ Reviews That Cannot Be Published
We will not publish reviews containing the following:
・Comments unrelated to the product
・Comments about discontinued products or products other than the one being reviewed
・Content that may infringe on copyright or other rights, such as text written by someone else
・Information that could identify other brands, individuals, or organizations
・Comments intended for commercial gain, or advertising for unrelated sites or products
・Comments containing URLs
・Obscene content, child exploitation material (including content that evokes, encourages, or promotes such content), or any other content harmful to minors
・Content related to suicide, self-harm, or substance abuse (including content that evokes, encourages, or promotes such behavior)
・Content that defames or disparages our company or third parties
・Content likely to cause discomfort or offense to others
・Content containing political material
・Content that violates general social norms, ethics, or morality, or that encourages criminal, dangerous, or disruptive behavior
・Antisocial content, or other information likely to cause anxiety or discomfort to others
・Content related to disasters, riots, terrorism, epidemics, or illness that may cause anxiety or discomfort to others
・Multiple comments submitted by the same individual (including cases where we determine the submissions are from the same individual)
・Any other content we deem inappropriate
