How to Place an Order

Once you register as a member, we'll send you an immediately usable ¥500 off coupon by email.

*Valid on purchases of ¥5,500 or more (tax included).
*If your total falls below ¥5,500 after applying the coupon, shipping charges will apply.
*This coupon may only be used once.

Birthday Coupon

If you subscribe to our newsletter and enter your date of birth during registration, we'll send you a ¥500 off coupon, valid on any product, during your birthday month.
*Requires registration by the 25th of the month before your birthday month.
*Birthday coupons are sent at the start of your birthday month and remain valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
*Valid on purchases of ¥5,500 or more (tax included), usable once.
*Cannot be combined with other coupons.
*Please note that due to system limitations, your birthdate can only be registered once and cannot be corrected afterward.

Membership Tiers

By registering as a member and subscribing to our newsletter, you'll receive a coupon each time you reach a new purchase milestone.

Membership tiers start at "Regular," and rise as your cumulative purchase total (tax included) from March 1 through the end of February each year crosses certain thresholds — moving up through "Bronze," "Silver," "Gold," and finally "Premium," with better coupon rewards at each tier.

*Based on your purchase amount, you'll receive a coupon that can be applied as a discount on your total at your next purchase.
*Coupons are distributed at the start of the month following the end of each monthly cycle.
*The annual cumulative purchase period runs from March through the end of February. Membership tiers reset at the end of February each year, returning to Regular status starting March 1.
*Coupons are valid from March 1 through May 31 each year (a 1-year, 3-month validity window).
*Valid on purchases of ¥5,500 or more (tax included), usable once.
*Cannot be combined with other coupons.
*The purchase amount used for tier calculation includes shipping, cash-on-delivery fees, and consumption tax.
*Only shipped orders count toward tier calculation. Canceled, returned, or unshipped orders are not included.
*If a coupon is used, the "purchase amount" refers to the total after the coupon discount is applied.
*The following customers will be classified as "Regular" regardless of purchase amount:

Customers with total purchases under ¥10,000
Customers who have made fewer than 1 purchase
Customers who are registered members but have not yet made a purchase

Regarding Your Order

Once you place an order, you'll automatically receive an "Order Confirmation" email from us.
If you don't receive this email, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

・A typo in the email address entered at checkout
・Our emails being filtered into your spam folder
・Strict email filtering settings (such as spam filters) on your end
*Depending on your mobile carrier's settings, you may need to adjust them to receive our emails.
If you're using a mobile email address, please add info@kotoshina-shop.jp to your list of approved senders.
*We may be unable to process your order if there are errors in your delivery information (name, address, phone number, etc.), or if we're unable to reach you directly.

Regarding Shipping Fees and Delivery

Orders of ¥5,000 or more (tax included) ship free (excluding Okinawa).
*If multiple packages are shipped to the same address, the flat rate above still applies.
*If the same customer ships to multiple different addresses, shipping charges apply separately for each destination.
