As of Tuesday, February 28, 2023, we will be resetting KOTOSHINA membership tier levels.
Please note that any coupons you've already earned will not be affected by this reset and can still be used until their expiration date.

＜What's Being Reset＞
・Membership tier levels based on purchase amounts from Tuesday, March 1, 2022 through Tuesday, February 28, 2023
→ Will return to the Regular tier.
*Reset tier levels cannot be reissued.

＜Regarding Coupons＞
Tier-based coupons and birthday coupons you've already earned are not affected by this reset.
They can continue to be used after February 28, 2023, as long as they remain within their valid period.

*Birthday coupons are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
*Tier-based coupons are valid through Wednesday, May 31, 2023.

→ If you reach a new tier on Tuesday, February 28, you'll still receive the corresponding tier-based coupon on March 1 (Wed) — but your tier itself will reset to Regular at that point.
