As of Thursday, February 29, 2024, we will be resetting KOTOSHINA membership tier levels, which are based on purchase amounts over the past year.

＜What's Being Reset＞
Membership tier levels based on purchase amounts from Wednesday, March 1, 2023 through Thursday, February 29, 2024
*Reset tier levels cannot be reissued.
*If you reach a new tier on Thursday, February 29, you'll still receive the corresponding tier-based coupon — but your tier itself will reset to Regular on Friday, March 1.

＜Regarding Coupons＞
Tier-based coupons and birthday coupons you've already earned are not affected by this reset.
They can continue to be used after Thursday, February 29, 2024, as long as they remain within their valid period.
*Birthday coupons are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
*Tier-based coupons are valid through Friday, May 31, 2024.
